Challenge
After spending years building brands, obtaining new ones, and managing a database that encompasses tens of thousands of products, Tiffen's web presence had yet to catch up with its ambitions. While the company needed to maintain equity and identity in each of their brands, they were also aware of how important it was to develop a pleasing, functional, and interactive online experience and a plan for audience engagement.
Solution
SOUP was brought in not only to design that new responsive, marketing-focused website (and physically build it) but to provide a strategy for their off-site properties as well. In addition, we also laid the groundwork for online customer acquisition and clear direction on how to engage audiences through social channels.
Results
The new Tiffen.com has received glowing praise both internally and externally. The company blog, Tiffen Imagemaker, has also become the focus of their social marketing initiatives. All in all, strategies proposed by SOUP and implemented by Tiffen have resulted in dramatic increases in followers, lead lists, and customer/company interactivity.
